That's a BIG tank!
First built back in 2009 for general TV & Film use, our giant portable steel and acrylic tank is now available for use (when not on the big screen...) at our shoot facility near Peterborough.
We have created this facility to allow smaller budget productions and both amateur and pro photographers and film makers the opportunity to shoot underwater - in a controlled and simple environment.

The tank is approximately 5.7m in length, 2.25m wide has a water depth 1.7m.
Our shoot facility is within a light industrial unit complete with a dressing/rest room, WC and twin makeup area.
The tank water is filtered and maintained at a tropical 32c.

We have worked with hundreds of crews and thousands of actors, models and photographers/filmmakers over the past 15 years.
At each shoot in our tank facility, at least one very experienced and knowledgeable member of our team will be present.
Our typical duties include:
- Working with talent in the tank, to ensure they are comfortable and to teach them how to hold their breath underwater calmly, with confidence.
- Liaising with costume/stylist to discuss suitable garments and materials to achieve the desired look underwater.
- Assisting lighting crew to ensure lighting is positioned in the optimal way around the tank, and that everything is safe and secure.
- Maintaining water quality and clarity for the duration of the shoot.
